Do you provide medical or nursing care?

Yes. Our nurses provide professional medical care under the direction of your physician, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapies. We also offer therapy and aide services to support recovery. We do not replace your doctor but work closely with them to coordinate care.

How are caregivers screened and supervised?

Caregivers are selected through defined screening requirements and matched based on care needs, availability, and household preferences. Ongoing coordination and oversight are managed at the agency level to support consistency, communication, and reliable care delivery.
